NCSM’s Awards and Grants program recognizes outstanding leadership and innovation in mathematics education while providing resources to support impactful work in the field. These opportunities celebrate educators and leaders who are advancing equitable, high-quality teaching and learning for all students.
The NCSM honors Iris Carl, former NCSM President, Glenn Gilbert Awardee, and international leader in mathematics education, through the NCSM Iris Carl Travel Grant.
The purpose of this grant is to provide professional learning assistance for mathematics teachers and mathematics teacher-leaders to and build their capacity and enhance their knowledge of the best pedagogical practices to reach all students.
