Title: Transforming School Culture 2.0: Why Culture is Important Today, Tomorrow, and Forever

This decade has proven that there is only one constant, and that constant is change. We have experienced a global pandemic and clashing political ideologies shaping polarizing government policies. Despite all this change, children still need to be educated and the best way to educate them, regardless of external dynamics, is to operate as a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Schools that create healthy, strong cultures produce an environment where collaboration can thrive.

Brooke Gregory v2
2026 Closing Keynote

Brooke Gregory

We are excited to share that our closing keynote speaker will be Brooke Gregory!

Brooke Gregory provides executive coaching, strategic planning, custom facilitation and keynotes under Brooke Gregory, LLC. Since 2022, Brooke’s partnerships are primarily with nonprofits, governmental entities and school districts. She supports leaders in maximizing individual and team effectiveness, coaching new and transitioning leaders, and developing strategies to reach and sustain impactful goals. Brooke spent three years as the vice president and president of Courageous Conversation. She consulted with K-12 education, higher education, corporate (domestic and international), governmental entities, creative and nonprofit partners to develop and achieve their equity and belonging goals. Brooke served over 25 years as a teacher, high school principal and central office administrator. She retired from her position as Assistant Superintendent of Strategic Initiatives in Cherry Creek Schools. She’s worked with community groups, legislators and the Western States Benchmarking Consortium to support practices and policies that nurture the genius and wellbeing of all children and educators. Brooke served on the President’s Advisory Council for Search for Common Ground and the Board for the Courageous Conversation Global Foundation.

Calculated Momentum: Taking the NCSM conference home!
In this two-part experience, we will explore the move from the “intellectual bubble” of a conference to the “boots on the ground” of life at home. We will calculate the mathematics of learning application, effective networking and professional sustainability. During the second part of the session, several conference participants and leaders will share key insights and advice as we close this experience. Together, we’ll center the elevation of purpose, possibility and joy!
